Orders & Delivery

  • What are the delivery options and costs? We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • How can I track my parcel? Once your formulation is dispatched from our laboratory, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

  • Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we focus exclusively on serving clients within the USA to ensure product integrity during transit.

  • Which products are considered "Dangerous Goods" for shipping? Most of our peptide-based formulas are non-hazardous; however, specific high-concentration treatments may have shipping restrictions handled by our logistics team.

  • Do the prices listed on the website include tax? The prices shown on our product pages are final, and sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your state's regulations.


Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Dispatch: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Complimentary Delivery: Once dispatched, standard shipping within the United States typically arrives in 3–5 business days.


Cancel or Amend an Order

  • Can I cancel or change my order? Because we prioritize fast dispatch from our lab, we can only amend or cancel orders if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if a change is needed.


Order Inquiries

  • What if I haven't received my order? If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours.

  • What if an item is missing from my order? In the rare event of a missing item, please contact us with your order number so we can prioritize a replacement shipment.

  • What if my order is damaged in transit? If your glass vials or containers arrive damaged, please provide a photograph of the package so we can initiate a claim and send a fresh formulation.


Returns and Exchanges

  • How can I return my purchase? You may request a return for unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene and laboratory safety, we cannot accept returns for any unsealed items.

  • How do I return an order purchased with modern payment providers? Refunds for digital payment platforms (like PayPal or card providers) will be credited back to the original method once the return is inspected at our facility.
