The art of formulation
Built around Klotho.
At the center is Clodessine (sh-Nonapeptide-4), a nine-amino-acid peptide identical to a portion of the human protein Klotho. Around it sits a system of peptides and hyaluronic acids chosen to work alongside it.
Every active must match its certificate of analysis to enter the formula. If it does not match, it does not qualify.

What do I need to do as a founding member?
Take a baseline photo before your first application, use the serum as directed, then send a follow-up photo with short private feedback at the end of your 30-day trial. A two-minute photo guide arrives with your bottle.
When does my trial start, and when is my follow-up due?
Your 30-day trial starts on the day of your first application. Take your baseline photo before that application. Send your follow-up photo and private feedback at the end of the trial. You have 21 days after the trial ends to submit. Example: start December 1, the trial ends December 30, and your submission is due by January 20. Submissions received after that deadline lose founding member benefits, including the second bottle and the lifetime 25% discount.
What if I do not see a change?
Tell us. Positive results are not required for your second bottle. It depends only on a complete submission: both photos and your honest feedback.
Will my photos be published?
No. Your submission is private. Marketing use of any photo or comment requires your separate written consent, which you can decline.
Can I get a refund on a founding membership?
Founding memberships are a one-time purchase and final sale, subject to any rights and remedies required by law.
What is the member discount?
Founding members receive a lifetime discount of 25% off MSRP on any One Matrix New York product purchased online. It is separate from the founding membership price. To use it, email cs@onematrixny.com; we confirm your membership and send your discount.
Can I return the 10 mL sample?
Yes. Ask within 30 days of delivery. For an unopened bottle we email a prepaid return label and refund the full purchase price when it arrives. If you have opened your sample and are unhappy with how it performed, tell us what did not work for you and we refund 100% of the purchase price, including any shipping you paid. You do not need to send the opened bottle back, share photos, or prove anything. To start, email cs@onematrixny.com with your order number.
When will my order ship?
Orders open November 12 and the first orders dispatch November 17. After that, orders dispatch within two business days. Both founding member shipments are included, the 10 mL sample ships free, and we ship within the United States.
